Illinois Chapter Scholarship

This scholarship honors a member of the Illinois Chapter of NAPNAP who is enrolled in or recently graduated from an advanced practice graduate program with a pediatric focus, and is determined to contribute to improving the quality of pediatric health care. This scholarship is for $1000, with a portion allocated to cover the scholarship winner's following year of NAPNAP membership dues.


Applicant Criteria:
  1. PNP, FNP, DNP, PhD, or post master’s student enrolled in or graduated from an accredited program in 2023
  2. Must have capstone or terminal project approved
  3. Project or research must support NAPNAP’s mission
  4. Registered nurse and/or Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Illinois
  5. Must be a member of the Illinois Chapter of NAPNAP 
Process: Submit application form and questions, CV, and letter of support from one faculty member. Incomplete applications or applications with missing documents will not be reviewed.
Deadline to apply: March 1, 2024
The winner will be announced by the end of March 2024 and should plan to be available to present their project or research during a 5-10 minute presentation at the IL Chapter Spring Half Day Conference on April 27, 2024.
