APRN Fellowship Opportunity at Erie Family Health - Applications Due February 4th, 2024

Advancing Practice is for recently graduated APRN’s to practice and build on the skills attained from their academic programs in a safe and supportive environment. We are partnered with the University of Illinois Chicago College of Nursing (UIC) to help create and establish this post-graduate program. Since 2019, 26 APRN’s have gone through our program and we are currently training our fourth cohort of 8 APRN’s. We recently have received accreditation from the Consortium of Advanced Practice Providers. We hope to hire individuals whose goals align with Erie’s mission that healthcare is a human right and who are passionate about expanding access to affordable, quality care in under-resourced communities.

We are now accepting applications for our 2024-2025 cohort, which will begin on September 9th, 2024.

Attached- you will find an informational flyer as well as the application. Applications are due on February 4th, 2024.

There are also a few open houses scheduled for potential applicants to come hear more about the program.
