JOB OPPORTUNITY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Normal, IL
Salary Range: $115-$120k + (flexible/based on experience)

Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide both direct and indirect patient care. As an integral part of the clinic's success, you will evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based protocols while working under the supervision of a physician. This position presents a variety of challenges and opportunities to contribute to overall health and safety.
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
Evaluate and treat patients for injuries and illnesses.
Manage acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based protocols.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician’s guidance.
Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers.
Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees.
Deliver age-appropriate assessments and interventions.
Maintain high ethical standards and practice within scope of written protocols.
Provide patient education, health coaching, and advocacy.
Order and analyze diagnostic tests and monitor intervention effectiveness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and make appropriate referrals.
Accurately and promptly enter patient data into the EMR system.
Assist in other clinic operations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
Passion for patient-first healthcare and commitment to high-quality care.
Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic clinical environments.
Ability to lead with compassion and professionalism.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
Ability to follow written instructions, think critically, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Education & Experience
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active IL license.
Minimum 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care.
DEA license preferred.
BLS certification required.
